FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q - What procedures will you be putting in place to keep participants safe?
A – We have introduced a range of safety measures in line with government guidance. These include enhanced cleaning, the addition of Perspex screens in closed top cars and frequent helmet disinfection.

Q – Am I allowed to bring friends and family to watch?
A – Yes, friends and family will be permitted but we kindly ask that you keep numbers as low as possible. Other general spectators will not be permitted to enter the venue.
Q – I received some free race meeting tickets with my voucher. Can I still use these?
A – Any valid Grade D (club level) tickets can be used in 2020 and you can find a list of upcoming dates by clicking here.
If you have a ticket that’s valid for a BSB or BTCC event please note that spectators are presently not able to attend these events. All open tickets will be carried over to 2021 and will automatically be valid until the end of next season.
Q – Will children still be sharing cars during the YoungDrive! experience?
A – No – previously there were up to three children in our MINIs at each time, but all instruction will now be carried out on a 1:1 basis until further notice
Q - I've forgotten/lost my voucher number. What can I do?
A - The original voucher purchaser can find the voucher number by logging onto their MSV account and going to “My Vouchers”
Q – Can I extend my voucher?
A – Yes, for a small administration fee. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with a contact telephone number and we will call you to arrange this. As mentioned before, there may be a delay in response due to the volume of emails we are currently receiving.
Q - Cancellation within 48 Hours?
A -If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, are required to self-isolate, or are unable to travel due to local lockdown restrictions within 48 hours of your experience, please contact the circuit directly. All contact information can be found below:
